How to place an order? +

What is the minimum print quantity? +

We do not have a minimum order quantity. All printing services in our centers can be ordered starting from 1 unit.

How long does it take to produce an order? +

Smaller volume jobs are usually completed on the same or the next working day. Production time for larger orders is coordinated individually.

Which file formats are best for printing? +

We recommend submitting files in PDF format. We also accept image formats such as JPG/JPEG, PNG, and TIFF.

  • Files should be prepared using the CMYK color profile.
  • Resolution should be 300 DPI.
  • All fonts/texts must be converted to curves (outlines).
Why does the printing price change? +

The price varies depending on the quantity of the items ordered.

What are the payment options? +

Cash or card payments are accepted at all our centers. If you require an invoice, it is issued immediately after payment.

If you cannot pay on-site, we can issue a pre-payment invoice. Companies with an active contract can use deferred payment services. For contract inquiries, contact mrkt@copypro.lt or fill out the form here: copypro.lt/en/business

Do you offer delivery? +

Yes, we deliver throughout Lithuania via DPD courier or to Omniva parcel terminals.

  • Courier delivery: €6
  • Omniva terminal: €4

We also ship abroad. International delivery methods, prices, and terms are coordinated individually.

How will I know my order is ready? +

Once your order is ready, we will send an order confirmation with an order number, which you can use to pick up your items.

What types of binding do you offer? +

We offer various binding methods. You can view all options in the binding section: copypro.lt/en/binding

Can I print by myself? +

You can print small-format (A4, A3) files on standard office paper here using our self-service equipment at the Gedimino Ave. 33 and Pylimo St. 22D branches.

Do you produce canvases with frames? +

Yes. Based on your dimensions, we can print your image on synthetic or natural canvas. Framing takes 1–3 working days. Non-standard size frames may take longer.

What is the maximum format you can laminate? +

The maximum lamination width is 60 cm. We can laminate A1 size or longer items, provided they are no wider than 60 cm.

What is the maximum format you can scan? +

Our scanner has a working width of 110 cm. For scans larger than A3, the sheets must be undamaged, as they are processed through a roller drum. Please consult our staff for specific scanning capabilities.

Do you fold blueprints/drawings? +

Yes, we can fold drawings into A4 or A3 formats. We can fully prepare your files: print, fold, and staple/bind them.

Do you make stickers? +

We can produce stickers of various sizes and shapes. We cut stickers according to vector lines.

Do you produce roll-up stands? +

Yes. We have two stand sizes available: 85x200 cm and 100x200 cm.

Can I print on my own paper? +

Generally, we only print on our own tested paper. An exception can only be made if the paper is in its original, undamaged packaging and explicitly states it is suitable for laser printers.
